missingWrote a review on Dec 09comfortable bedsgreat locationpoor cleanliness
The beds in the room are quite comfortable, perfect after a long day of adventures. Proximity to restaurants and the main beach makes it a solid spot for quick access to local eats.
The overall cleanliness left much to be desired. noisy corridors made for sleepless nights, while ants quickly took over the desk area. Expect outdated furniture and a bathroom where the walk-in shower drenches the entire floor. Plus, the pool isn’t the sparkling retreat you’d hope for, with murky water and an unsightly metal fence.

Consider bringing your own toiletries as the hotel does not provide hairdryers or additional toiletries.

The resort's proximity to the beach makes it easy to enjoy the sun and sand without a long walk.
The air conditioning unit located on the balcony blows hot air directly onto guests, making outdoor relaxation uncomfortable.

Beautiful mountain view from the balcony was stunning.
During my stay, I faced significant frustrations with the cleanliness of my room. The ants were everywhere, making my stay quite uncomfortable, particularly on the desk area. the noise from the corridors was unbearable and significantly disrupted my sleep at night, which marred the whole experience.

great view but cleanliness needs attention
The mountain view from my room was breathtaking, adding a lovely touch to my mornings. I appreciated the hotel's prime location just a minute away from the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun. The staff were genuinely helpful and kind, enhancing my overall experience.
The cleanliness in the room required more attention.

we stayed at the palace for our honeymoon and it truly exceeded our expectations. the mountain view was stunning, and its location made it super easy to enjoy the beach and nearby eateries. no complaints about the lovely staff who were always on hand to help us out.
the air conditioning couldn't cool our room properly.

The triple room on the top floor provided a spectacular view of the mountains and the pool, with glimpses of the sea from the balcony. Location is superb, just a short stroll to the beach and nearby eateries. the absence of a lift made for a workout with luggage, and the noise level from the street could be bothersome at night. cleanliness was a concern, particularly with ants in the room, which detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great mountain view and convenient location
We enjoyed a triple room on the top floor with a stunning view of the mountains and glimpses of the sea from our balcony. It was just a quick 5-minute walk to the beach and close to local restaurants and shops. While there was no lift which made carrying our bags a bit of a workout, the overall experience was delightful and just what we needed for our trip.

Had a great time with friends! The beach is just a quick 2-minute walk, perfect for sunbathing and swimming. We explored Spirit Mountain and Chao Fah Park Pier. both are awesome spots to check out. Wi-Fi was reliable, and the staff was friendly overall. Would definitely recommend!
We faced a bit of disappointment with the pool being unavailable during our stay, as it was under repair. Not what we expected since the pool is a major attraction.

The Deluxe Room with Mountain View was quite spacious, but it looked dated and could use some updates. The bed was comfy, which was a plus after long days out. I was disappointed with the noise from the corridors—it made sleeping a bit tricky. there was no cleaning during our stay, and we had to request toilet paper each time we ran out. A solid spot overall, just expect a no-frills experience.

Just a solid selection for a brief stop-in in Ao Nang with great value for the money. The Wi-Fi was pretty good, which is nice when you want to stay connected. Make sure to check if the air conditioning works properly before settling in.
